more than likely the number of posts shown per page has changed

Naah man...there was more posts...and look where it starts, in October of 2002...The date order for old posts is all messed up as well. ???

yeah i see.. the oldest post before the convert (i still have access to the old posts tables in the database) are the ones showing back to that date.

look at the ID ;)

umm but hang on...  in the main forum i can find that sept 2002 is newer than oct 2002... i'll report the problem... ;)

Ok, go to page 210, and it says the last post is on October 07, 2002...Then go to page 200, and it says the last post is on August 27, 2002...Get it?

i know they're in the database since the number of records in the messages table was the same after upgreade

i think we were more slack back then, and "anything goes" wasnt there from the start..?

ok.. it seems like this is an old problem.. that was caused when i converted teh board from the cgi/pl version to the first php verison a couple years back.. seems we never noticed it before.

the dates are screwed, they're still there...

basically everything before aug 2002 is listed backwards due to a prob when i converted the board -last time- around, not this time.

i'm talking to a support guy about possible solutions

thats part of the same thing... u know we never noticed this on the old board, but i remember that tash topic being ont he last page.

its all to do with when i converted to the old board, from the "old old" board..

dont think we're gonna be able to do much about it now

at least they're still there at all

LOL...I don't think it was like that, I remember looking back on the board a lot...Oh well, can you at least move all of the "Anything Goes" topics from the main section back to "Anything Goes"? Not that it really matters or anything, just tryna' help you out...PeACe
