Title: Windows XP Upgrade?

ok guys I need your help,
  I wanna upgrade my CPU from Windows ME to Windows XP.  Since I have no money and no job Ive been looking around to downloading an upgrade from kazaa lite resurrection or MIRC.  I just wanna know if any of u guys did this and if you had a problems installing XP?

If anybody ask, I got the official version, but off record the serial number says "Hackers Unlimited some #'s".

Works as a charm, but make sure you get Service Pack 1 with the release, or it could be a bitch updating it..
SP2 is right around the corner though, so if you wait a few months..

dont waste your money on windows. download it.
