Post by: Now_Im_Not_Banned on July 02, 2001, 05:33:37 PM
Eazy E "Eazy-Duz-It"

Produced By Dr Dre and DJ Yella

"Intro" - Nice Intro, very Original, it's been copied many times, but this is one of the greatest Intro's, very classic 5/5

1."Still Talkin" - Nice track to Introduce the album. Eazy E talking a bunch of shit, and tellin everyone he's the most gangsta of all. 4.5/5

2."Nobody Move" - Classic track, nice lyrics, nice beat. 5/5

3."Ruthless Villian" - Another tight track. Supposedly a freestyle. MC Ren and Eazy E trade off lines, and both come off tight. Probably should have been the last track because MC Ren says "Yo Dre how much longer we got on this tape?" . 4.75/5

4."2 Hard Mutha(fucka)'s" - Wow! 2 Eazy E/MC Ren callabo's in a row, this one is even better, another tight/classic track 5/5

5."Boyz N Tha Hood (Extended Remix)" - This track is too much for words. This is what started it all, the first big Single in West Coast Hip-Hop, way back from "NWA And The Posse" in 1987. It was probably placed on too many CD's but this is the best version yet. One of the greatest Hip Hop tracks ever, written by Ice Cube said by Eazy E. Above classic track. 5+/5

6."Eazy-Duz-It" - I love this track, one of my favorites on the album. Classic .
5/5

7."We Wan't Eazy" - No cusses on this one, cuz it's meant for the radio, but even that can't stop him from bringing us a dope ass track 4.75/5

8."Eazy-Er Said Than Dunn" - This is a classic track, Eazy-E, once again, tells us who he is, I belive this shoulda' been track number 1, but hell, I really could care less, as long as it made tha lbum, Classic 5/5

9."Radio" - Another tight track about the Radio. A bunch of tight samples used on this one. 4.75/5

10."No More ?'s" - Wow, three tracks without 1 cuss word from the late great Eazy E? I know it's hard to belive, but who the fuck cares, Eazy E rips this one also. Only problem is that theres too much talking between the verses. 4.5/5

11."I'mma Break it Down" - Probably the worse track on this whole CD. But what the fuck? It's still tight as hell! 4/5

12."Eazy Veres 8 chaper 10" - Nice Outro, nothing REALLY special 4/5

Overall - As you can see this one is a straight classic, a MUST have for any real Hip Hop fan. One of my top 5 favorites of ALL TIME...With MC Ren and Ice Cube writing lyrics, and Dre producing, how can you go wrong? Every Hip Hop Head needs to have this classic. 9.9/10

this cd is very divided, half of the songs are classics and the other half are mediocre in my opinion

dre and yella solo produced some of the tracks on here that's why it's half i guess, but the classic songs make up of the not so good ones i'd give it a 4.5 outta 5 becuase there are a 4 or 5 great songs that are important of the success of westcoast rap

that'z a great review, but i dunno he'z my favorite rapper so i'd give it a 10 outta 10.  who cares if he didn't write tha lyrics, he spit it all out very well.  man, this iz 1 of tha few albums i can listen tha whole way thru and not get annoyed.
