Title: Norton internet security help

Yeah well I got the norton internet security i think its the 2002 version :( anyways for some reason i always need to log myself in as the supervisor, if i want stuff to work like when i log in MSN or mirc.. so I always did that and now the log in button is greyed out, i have a windows xp and i have multiple user accounts, and one of the accounts is my dads, and he used it once and the yahoo messenger thing wasnt working so I logged him in as the supervisor and it worked..but since then now the log in button off mine is greyed out, and its also greyed out on all the other user accounts... can anyone  PLEASE help me cause I cant go on MSN , or go on mIRC.... :'(

uninstall norton. if that fixes everything, then you've found your problem.

the thing is it wont let me uninstall cause im not logged in as a supervisor, it says first log in then uninstall   :'(

So when you go to control panel>Add remove programs>then click uninstall norton what happens?

Also try logging in the Administrator account in Windows. that might give you the ability to change stuff.

When i go there I click uninstall to norton it says ( exactly ) A Norton Internet Security account with supervisor access must be logged in to uninstall this product. If Norton Internet Security is not currently running, please run it from the Start menu and log in.

And all the use accounts are administrators on my windows so what do I do?
