The “civil rights group” Project Islamic HOPE is leading a boycott against rapper Snoop Dogg. The proposed boycott will begin with a press conference this morning in Chicago at 11AM at 4545 S.Western ave (45th arena).
Project Islamic Hope, led by its director Najee Ali, is calling for a national boycott of Macy’s until Snoop’s clothing line is pulled. It is also demanding Snoop’s appearances in the muppet Christmas special be edited out.
“We strongly believe that Snoop Dogg [sic] gangsta rap music has always glorified gang violence, drug use, and misogyny and that should not be supported," Ali said in a statement. "His recent appearance in Porno videos by Hustler, is immoral.
We will not support a porno star (Snoop Dogg) working on projects that influence children. Any sponsor that supports the muppets show starring Snoop Dogg will also be targeted. Protests outside of NBC Studios and Macys will begin next week.”
WHY EVERYONE FOCUSIN ON SNOOP SINCE LATELY.ITS JUS LIKE IS EARLY YEARS..
