SPRING HILL, Tenn. -- Is it a yellow ducky or a vibrator?
Katherine Williams is in some hot water over a vibrating bath toy. Officials in Tennessee threatened to cite Williams for selling her vibrating ducky at a charity flea market. Police said the vibrator inside the sponge ducky makes it a sex toy.
But Williams says there's nothing dirty about the ducky. She said her 3-year-old son loves playing with his in the tub. Authorities have decided not to take the ducky case to court because of what they say is a lack of witnesses.
