Some choose Kerry, some choose Badarnik, or even Nader, and almost all agree Bush is not a conservative.

Maybe not a fiscal conservative, but he definetly is on social issues.

Yes that is probably true. But then again, even on some social issues he does not seem very conservative. Take well civil liberties for example. Or his occasional opposition to free markets.
