After first listen, I definitely think this should have been a single CD, there's way too much filler, they could even cut off 8 minutes and make it fit on 1 CD.. lol
Standout tracks imo: Suicide bounce, Rakim bio, Disciple, Virgo.

Could someone upload this to the Hook-Up spot? If you can't up the whole album, how about the UBR & Disciple tracks.  :-\

^^^Stupid comment.

He's gone platinum everytime (except for The Lost Tapes) and I think he's happy with that.  If he wanted more sales I doubt he'd release songs like "One Mic", "Made You Look" and "Thief's Theme" as singles.

It's 100 posts now.

I'm surprised no one's been praising the album yet and labeling it instant classic, etc. maybe if Jay-Z dropped a solo it would help.. lol
It's better than God Son though.

it's a pretty solid album. 8)

my favorites:
- nazareth savage
- rest of my life
- just a moment
- street disciple
- remember the times
- thief's theme

one disc with all the highlights would have been a better decision, though.

it's a dope album man! i think. Did anyone else notice that there aren't any sellout tracks on this one? even stillmatic and God's son had some shitty club tracks on them. None of that on this

There's  a review up over at allhiphop.com...all the tracks they mention are on the "advance".  They gave it 4.5/5, overall I'd have to say I'm feelin' it, Nas' flow and lyricism are off the hook

have been listening for a week now, and i love it
someone said they should have narrowed it down to 1 cd, i disagree, only 'you know me style' is below average, others are good to very good

I've listened to it once, seems good...I was doing other stuff while it was playing...I plan giving it another spin during my lenghty commute

I listened to the whole thing on my way to work and all I can say is that this is nice. I'm looking forward to the retail version.
