LOL... This girl from South Africa was tellin me about last year's national AIDS day in Cape town. They had flyers with Condom Usage Instructions and a free condom STAPLED to it. FUCKING idiots made holes in each and every one of them

Did she say there were actual holes in the condoms, or did she tell you about the flyers with the condoms and you assumed they had made holes?
The wrapper is obviously larger than the condom, so it is possible to staple a wrapped condom to a piece of paper without actually "making holes" in the condom.

what excactly does that mean.. in my opinion, not teaching sex ed and only teaching abstinence is some conservative bullshit, kids are gonna fuck, you cannot stop em, might as well give them codoms, and help them prevent pregnancies...
