I don't know if they from Los Angeles but I know they from one of the cities in Los Angeles County.

I know that Frank V is the only rapper. But wasn't Ernie G (the producer) also a group member at least for the first to albums. Isn't he the second guy on the cover of the first Proper Dos album?

He even told me of some tight ass songs that I had downloaded by Proper Dos. Can't think of them off the top of my head, but Frank V. is from L.A., I don't think East Los, but I'ma check. He said they had a consert in Arizona, and they couldn't get him to there 'cause he was in probation and couldn't leave the state. He told me that out of everyone, Frank V was a straight G, no bullshit gimmicks. And everything I've heard from Proper Dos is a tight track. They have to be 2, 'cause Proper Dos just means Proper 2, and I was only told of Frank V and D.J. Ernie G, never heard of anyone else.
