Title: Message Behind "Smile" Music Video

Am I the only one that doesn't get that video?

Men fighting on a small boat
Pac hanging on a bunch of ropes like he was being crucifyed
Some dude with a crow on his shoulder

Is it suppose to have some meaning behind it or was the director just smokin crack?

Man, this was been released AFTER Pac died. It's not Pac in the video, but a lookalike. And they are talking like Pac was been crucified and like he resurrected. Scarface is supposed to be in Heaven i think. Or he's an angel or something. Btw Pac was already dead when they made it, and it's not Pac.

I've always liked this video, it's very dark, it fits the song well imo. And as Antonio said since it was made after 'Pac died it added to the numerous 'alive' theories when it first came about, even though it wasn't him. A great look-a-like though. I'm not sure on the full meaning of it, it's great visually though.

Yeah I know it was a Pac look alike, that's why they never showed his face. It's a dope video, I just don't understand it.

I think the video is pretty complex...I remember when it first came out people were trying to figure out what the slurred voices were sayin at the beginning of the video...some one figured it out and it was a quote from "blade runner" movie...something about building the perfect machine...shit is deep
