i assume you mean in that you they are caught trying to hire an undercover cop to lill someone


in that case..  "something else"... i.e. onspirary to commit murder

it's still murder by a coward... i siad yes they should be chardeg with murder, but if they got a lesser punishment maybe they would learn their lesson....
