Screwface brought the heat as well, I wonder what track #3 samples, I think I heard the same song in a older version in the beginning of the movie "Black Hawk Down".
The best tracks, imo:

2. Intro Produced by Heatmakerz
3. What's my name (Soldier's Story) Produced by Heatmakerz
4. Where The Stuff At (Feat. Bun B and C-Murder) Produced by Nexxus Entertainment
5. Diet Plan Produced by Dub Dot Z
7. Nowhere To Run (Feat. Scarface) Produced by Screwface
9. It's Been A Long Time Produced by Screwface
10. I'm Gone (Feat. Devin The Dude and Butch Cassidy) Produced by Screwface
12. I'll Die For Mine (Feat. Complexion) Produced by SPK
13. The Manual Produced by DJ Twinz
17. Streets Favorite (Oh no) Produced by Nexxus Entertainment
18. Chitty Chitty, Bang Bang (Feat. Raekwon) Produced by Roots
