is there any way in which i can change the colour lay ouy of windows... ?

i want my windows to be black and silver metallic colour..

is there a way in which i can do this??

go to your desktop, click right and click on Properties

now hit the 4th tab

depends.

what type of file is it.

Some are just color schemes for basic windows shell (like windows 98)

others are actual changes in the shell, which youll need a program like styleXP or windowblinds

if you really want to change your look completly download something like Litestep.
