cramps are caused by lack of oxygen and minerals in the muscles

like people said drink gatorade (water will do, but gatorade replaces electrolytes)

you dont have enogh salt in your system, put a little extra salt on your food for a couple days until they go away...

if they dont go away then it could be due to your body still growing.

damn i fuckin hate bananas, but i do drink gatorade daily

you dont have enogh salt in your system, put a little extra salt on your food for a couple days until they go away...

if they dont go away then it could be due to your body still growing.

people usually say that i put too much salt in my food.....i heard of people addin salt to their gatorade tho.....i think i will try that


p.S fuck a cramp, especially in the carf muscle,

dont know what a carf mucle is (i tried google to find out what it was but got no results in images)

the ones that i get are on my leg above the knee

i used to get raped by cramps.

LOL.. I had one of those calf muscles shit >:( >:( >:( >:( . Right after i woke up... that shit hurt like hell for real...like the first 2 times  i started callin people and shit lol...like if they knew what to do about it but like the 3rd time it happned i just grabbed to somethin real tight until the pain went away... :tosser: :nawty:

I just had one not but 5 minutes ago. I was laying down and my muscle started to cramp, and I just stood up. That usually get's rid of them for me. It's weird though cause I stretch every other day and I drink like 4-5 glasses of water at work everyday.
