Mos calls out Suge Knight. You've read right. The Mighty Mos Def called out infamous Death Row mogul Suge Knight during a recent performance at Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl night club. Prior to performing a song he said was inspired by Tupac Shakur's mother, Afeni, Pretty Flaco stepped to the front of the stage and yelled out, "Who killed my man, Suge?" Although, Suge was not in attendance, the BKNY lyricist repeated the question several times before declaring, "We fear nothing." Mos then went into the song, which featured him playing piano. He ended the cut by yelling, "Who killed Big, Pac, Jam Master Jay." Mos then concluded by demanding, "Just tell us who did it, Suge. Let's stop all this bullsh!t

thing is, Suge knows what he did, if he had somebody killed he decided, wanted to, he won'r regret it just cause some rapper tells him "fuck you, you killed my man", he could give a fuck less about that. Mos Def saying it to the public means drawing people's attention to the 'fact' (whether it is or not) that Suge had his man killed. He wants people to hate Suge for it and therefore damage Suge. Saying it to Suge's face won't bother him, if he did it he obviously thinks it was the right thing. If he Mos Def let's people in LA know, it might help make people loose the rest of respect some might still have for Suge for being involved into a great era for west coast hiphop.
so it doesn't necessarily have to be Mos Def looking for attention for himself, just for the message "fuck suge" cause he killed someone he liked.

it was recently reported that they found out who killed biggie and he is somehow connected with suge. Adressing this now, after all these years is not random.

Sayin that shit in public actually makes more sense now, if there was 100% proof and Suge was charged he'd be sure to get what he deserves, while under the given circumstances, he'll get away wit it so tryin to turn every last dude against him is all that's left for mos def.
note, as I repeatedly stated before, I'm not saying that's how it is, it is a possibility though so claiming mos def should have said it to suge's face (which couldn't possibly do shit) is pointless.
I wouldn't have said shit to people who just say "mos def's an attention whore" cause I also think that's most likey the case.
