i never have had a daily routine....when I was in high school i was pretty chunky.....then I lost all of it and I was hella skinny....now i'm starting to gain it back again....i'm way out of shape its crazy. What do you guys do to keep in shape?

i weight lift an run 3 miles a day about 3-4 times a week

i dont excersize daily, dont have time for that shit... my work is enough excercise for me... if i excersize this is my favourite shit: sex, punching a bag, using nun-chucks, climbing trees etc weights are cool, but they take up so much time its not practical for me... and fuck running around the block, its boring as fuck...

I do weight liftign and cardo 4 times a week. I should up it to 5 though.

haha, the only exercise i got this summer was walking to class. but it was about 3 miles of walking each day. hahaha.

well right now im at my aunties and she has me workin for money everday
so usually i moe grass, weedeat, chop wood (which is a damn good work out), trim trees n bushes, etc
so thats pretty much my work out

I took the whole week off when it came to working out though and eating whatever I want. I'll be back on track next week though.

Yeah I work out everyday.I do numerous types of excersises wit my weights,I do all this stretching & all these other types of things.Staying in shape is very important to me plus I dont wanna be no bum or anything like that.& girls are impressed if a man's body is built well.

i used to but ive turned into a fat fuck now so i think i need to get my ass back to the gym i remember the days wen i used to go to the gym 2 times a day man

i go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week.. and i skateboard on sundays and some weeknights when the weathers ok for it..

i think i might start going to la fitness everyday, i had a nice run going then my car died and everything got fucked up, plus ive cut down smoking increasigly , so maybe i can be in great health by the end of summer :)

i dont get any sex atm :'( i miss it... but it's hard to do when you livin with ure folks...
