can somebody tell me how come Banks gets arrested for gun possession? I mean, in America like everybody has a gun. Half the board probably owns a gun. so why get people, who aren't on parole or awaiting a trial, arrested for possessing a gun, when possessing a gun is really accepted and every hick in the south owns 10 shotguns?? I understand Buck gets fucked, but Banks isnt exactly a convicted felon as far as I know.
