I just saw on MTV's little news break, and Lil' Jon said Scott Storch is a biter and that he bites his style, in those exact words
sayin "you heard it here on MTV News, Scott Storch is a biter"

Now that you mention it, Storch's latest beats does have a resemblance to Lil Jon's sound, but not more than Storch was already riding the Dre-sound..
But he worked with Dre & Timbaland, it's only natural that he gets inspiration.. didn't he work with Lil Jon as well, or was it Timbaland and Lil Jon.. ??

In my opinion Scott is not a bitter...and he's actually a versatile producer check the list above not of the tracks sound the same

A producer directs the beat, from sound to layering to the final mix. A composer comes up with the melody and\or music notes, usually by playing it. In this case, they get partial credit or co-producer title. A composer's main purpose is to write the music, while producers overlook everything and direct it from start to finish.

as of lately both of their beats sound the same. like storches are all similar and so are jons. but i really dont care cause i only listen to those tracks at parties so i dont really give a shit.

Scott Storch is killing lil jon when it comes to Quality and variety of music. lil jon's music all sounds like the same bullshit.
the only thing storch does that lil jon does is use the same hi hats. jon needs to shut the fuck up because he doesn't have a patent on them.

So... according to this definition the composer comes up with the rhythm of the beat and the producer is what...a supervisor. I thought when people said a producer directs the beat, I thought it meant coming up with the rhythm while the musicians actually play the music notes, but doesn't have a hand in the composition.
