Title: Does America Want Our help Or Not?

First you ask the NATO for rations and when the planes carrying tonnes of food rations arrive you either refuse them permission to land or incinerate the rations, what the fuck is up with that? These rations are fit for NATO troups so why not hurricane Katrina victims?
