While I would be very enraged too, I don't think you know what it is to sodomize another man, it is a life ruining experience that solves nothing. so, judging by the numbers on the poll, most people would torture and kill. Why is it then that people are opposed to torturing prsioners for information? These aren't regular prisoners convicted in a criminal court under the DOJ, they are known terrorists that have been under watch by Homeland Security; these people don't fuck around. If they're going to torture somebody, they know who it is and they know what they're capable of. Some people here don't seem to recognize that and sensationalize the issue like the US army is going to march from cave to cave pulling out families and torture them for no reason. Let the professionals do their job, even if it includes hooking up some piece of shit to a car battery and forcing him to masturbate.

I dnt think you will be able to get information with torture. You're torturing people that are willing to cut of people's heads, kill themselves for their extreme beliefs. When they asked John McCain to release information while he was being tortured he said the names of the Packers O-Line lol. When nazi soldiers were being tortured they came up with the names of people from their neighberhood. I just dont think it works.

It works if you do it well enough. plus in this case there's enough surrounding any investigation that we would recognize names that are already being investigated vs. bullshit random arabs. I would say that the government should take a learning approach to terrorists. If you can study their ways of thinking you can make them break without the use of torture.

I'm a totally non-violent person, so I'd let the courts decide. But that's only if they're black, latino, Asian, etc. If they were a cracker, I'd force them to be MY slave and then I'd send them to the plantation to grow my product. The thought of whipping devils and shouting at them to work harder until they collapse from exhaustion and die is an appealing one. ;D

i would kill him, be done with it. i doubt that many of you would actually do the torturing yourselves, i suspect the affinity towards torture here is an emotional response and not a realistic or practical response.
i also doubt that this many of you would actually kill this person; however because this forum isn't some random heterogenous sample but a somewhat homogenous subset of the population, maybe the numbers are accurate.
i mean, think about o.j. the guy isn't hard to find yet he hasn't been touched. you look at the streets, so often the streets know who's behind some shooting or whatever, but alot of the time that doesn't lead to any retribution. look at the guy that killed pac, he was about in the streets for years after until he himself got caught up. true, a gang war broke out after pac's murder, but everyone knew who dude was and he got away with it for years.
rather than asking "what would you do if you catch him?" i think a better question is "who is actually going to get out there and look?"
