How do U put perfectly intact samples into FruityLoops?

I dl Fruityloops 3 days ago and i want to put in sampled rap songs. I tried it but da beat stops and goes when i put it in, it's like it pauses in between each beat. And not all the instruments can be heard.(is it low eq, quality?) How do I fix those problems? Do I get da sample into higher bits 256?

And how do I record my voice in it... i wanna freestyle over my beat... somebody holla! I'd appreciate it.
