Many say that Illmatic and 36 Chambers are the best east coast rap albums of all time, but Midnight Marauders, and Tribes second album, "The Low End Theory" are certainly up there. The way tip and phife flow over these addicitve beats is amazing. Where is Quest at now? According to Tip, he is quite the lady's man, and Phife is the same 5 footer he always was, but unfortunately his solo debut was lacking, both lyricaly and on the boards. But there is hope, as a Tribe reunion is being discussed. I still got hope, just listen to this classic album and you'll realize why Tribe was the most loved rap group during the 90's.

yeah this album was DOPE... i have been listening to this for years and it still sounds great... easily an east coast classic...

This is my favourite album on tha face of tha planet, Midnight was my favourite track from MM, closely followed by Sucka Nigga and Lyrics To Go. Dope ass album.

Midnight Marauders is one of my all-time favorite albums. I'd put it into my "Top Ten" list, or maybe even my "Top 5" list.
