Wu-Tang Clan: Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
« on: May 27, 2001, 04:07:07 PM »

1.Bring Da Ruckus
Ghostface starts this off great, not very melodic production, still great, great verses, nice anthem, would have fit better on later in the album in my opinion, one of my less fave songs on here, still great-4
2.Shame on a Nigga
the only "funky" track on here and yall know how i love da funk, great beat, ODB is the main attraction here but meth steals the show at a certain point, all come great with the verses, veyr light-hearted MC shit, funny, one of ODB's best songs IMO from what i've heard, "illfuckyoassup!!!!" haha,-5
3.Clan in Da Front
eerie type thing, cool hook from GZA, nice,no real flaws but not jaw-dropping-4
4.Wu-Tang: 7th Chamber
Tight track from the whole clan,i like part 2 better but still great-4
5.Can It Be All So Simple
i like it when songs don't add bass just for the sake of having bass and this song is like that so..dope!!
and the verses and chorus are great, one of my faves-5
6.Da Mystery of Chessboxin'
another great clan track, ODB and Ghostface shine most IMO,video game beat but still very dope, dark but not depressing dark, like hype dark-5
7.Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing Ta F' Wit
great anthem track, RZA shines production wise and vocally meth and inspectah do great too, sound quality kind of bad tho which distorts mista meth's verse, this album parently recorded in a ghetto ass recording studio which isn't hard to believe, but loud could have remastered the shit,no??-4.9
8.C.R.E.A.M.
this is my kind of shit, great melodic beat, deep profound emotional lyrics, great meth hook, just great, only thing that coulda made this better is if more clan members had verses on here of that sort-4.9
9.Method Man
the wu is smarter than you'd think, they knew damn well Method Man would become the biggest star of the group, and they dealt with that here, meth is just dope in every sense of the word, great beat, the opening skit is funny but at times can be disturbing and it sort of wastes time when you wanna get to the song right away, they shoulda given the skits their own tracks
10.Protect Ya Neck
dope verses from everyone especially Meth and Inspectah deck, near flawless, but not melodic enough for me,i haveta  be in a certain mood to really enjoy this track-4.8
11.Tearz
WHOOOO!!!! my fave song on the album, great everything, only one flaw, not enough verses but still so dope it gets-4.9999999.......
12.Wu-Tang: 7th Chamber - Part II
just a remix of # 4, but IMO better than #4, lots of accapella breaks which is cool, nice outro,-5

i ain't heard too much east coast albums but i wouldn't be hard pressed to believe this and Illmatic are the best in the east, classic, plezbalevit!!sound quality coulda used some work, would have liked some more of certain aspects on certain songs, woulda been cool to have more solo tracks and some skits could either go or get their own track especially for clan in da front and method man.
rating:4.99/5

yo jake hook that motherfuckercover up bwoy!!

This is probably one of the top 3 east coast albums ever. Brought a raw grimmy sound to the east. Definatly a classic, one of my alltime favs.

oh okay i give "method man" a 4.8.and i was wrong about "wu-tang:7th chamber" it's not the whole clan,u god and masta killa are absent ]=(. and Tearz isn't my fave track on this anymore,i can't decide now! i'm still lovin this album...the score is the fugees right? and what's the low end theory? and their is some funky shit on this album (shame on a nigga, method man) but not overall.peace-Tanjint
