Ja Rule (thread for hatin)
« on: May 22, 2001, 11:34:49 PM »
naw, i'm not with hatin on anyone, but did anyone happen to see ja rule on 106th and park (BET) that one time when he was like:

"the words i live by are......uh.
......oh shit......um, the words i live by are, if you want......oh shit.........ahhhhhhh........damn, i forgot."

did anyone see that? i thought that that was hilarious. i don't know. he has some catchy songs, but i gotta say that i just can't stand it when that guy tries to get all intellectual like 2pac did. he looks like a little cartoon character, could be sisqo's twin brother.

I always thought he looked like a alien or a frog. I saw what happened on 106 & Park. That was funny. LOL. Someone shoulda slapped him in the back of the head so he could spit out the damn words.

"Where would I be without my Baaaaaaaaaaabaaaaaaaay!!!" - fool shut the hell up. He sound like a bitch cryin on that song. Sorry but the song got on my nerves. His first album was aiight though. I felt a couple tracks on it.

i will admit i've liked every single ja rule song that's came out on the radio....for a week or 2 then they annoy me, he's nothing but a novilty

it seems like he's trying to follow 2pac's blueprint of success but is failing terably

I kinda like some of his songs, i would never buy his cd, but i downloaded some.  A really good song is How Many Wanna off the Light it Up soundtrack, its a pretty cool song. I think hes a loser but i respect for pretty much changing his style a little so he doesn't sound like dmx.

He did.

And DMX has been around wayyy before Ja Rule.

His first album was before Ja Rule's first album too.

I have no problem hatin' on those that deserve to be hated on and Ja Rule is definitely one of them.
Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.
