Question about Loki (for Siccness fans)

Not too long ago, I saw the HBO movie "Strapped", and there are two songs in the movie titled "No Place To Be Somebody" and "Somebody's Gettin Got Tonight".  The credits say they were performed by somebody named "Lo-Ki" - anyone know if these songs are early joints by the same cat who's down with Brotha Lynch (the movie came out in '93, so they would've had to come from then), or is it just another rapper with the same name?
