It's not funk, lol.  It's a good beat.  Scit, you got a tight flow, really, you could be big, because a lot of people can't flow, as in keep a beat.  I like your voice, I like your flow.  But I can't stand your subject matter, LOL it's nothing special.  Your lyrics are tight, as in well written, but to me it's just nothing memorable because you ain't sayin' nothing.  Your flow is tight, your lyrics are done right, the beat is nice, and the sound effects are all good, too.  If you wrote a song about somethin' better, I think it'd be awesome. Very good Sccit. Your flow is very good, but I ain't feelin the chorus. I can definately see the Eminem influence there... Also, like somebody said, your voice lacks character on occasion. It's a bit distorted too, but I understand that not everyone can afford to record in a professional studio. I'd like hear the "more meaningful stuff" too.

Oh and Infared's beat is real tight, if not a bit simple.

The bottom line: You definately got skills, but honing them wouldn't hurt.

Firstly im feeling the beat, could do with some bass imo but other then that its bangin.

NIK for some reason you remind me of Thirstin Howl, i think its the comedy element (which aint a bad thing, Thirstin Howl is ILL), your voice would sound better over a beat with more bass, a bit darker ya know? And like most said your lyrics are mad reminiscent of Eminems, you gotta stay clear of that or you'll never get taken seriously. Plus you should drop that "Ima bad ass with a gat" persona cause soon enough someones gonna pull your card and ive seen your pic, you aint exactly Tyson.

But you got flow, the only thing letting you down is your lyrics. Just my 2 cents, a hot track though for an amateur.

the beat is nice, but eminem is gonna be played out in a bit, i like the dude a lot but he aint gonna be popular no more once the market gets saturated with out shock rappers and people get tired of the genre...

ur shit sounds just like eminem, and seeing as eminem is already running shit i dont think people gonna want some second rate eminem anyways... when thye can just buy the Eminem Show when it comes out, or bump his last two albums.
