Downloaded movie....but.....????

i think i asked this but...i just got a movie and i cant see it.......it seems like its broken up......its a .rar file..............i forget what i have to do to see this.......somebody help me out........can i convert it to something else??????

how would i use the winrar.........i have it ......but for this it has like many little files in rar file.................its weird.......if i have to unzipp all of them and extract......i dont know where.......damn krap is pissing me off!!111
