It's in Hindi. My friend translated it. Says it's like a song a mother would sing to her child.

addictive:
beginning:
first my love looks like little shiny beads
then he looks like glass
then he looks like pearls
then he looks like gold
"meaning the value of her love gets higher "    

after rakims verse:
-galio ga jamai jab neecalta hai thoora rasim laagta hai.
*when the streets king comes out he looks like little shiny beads
-thoora sheesa lagta hai.
*he look a Little bit like glass  
lo-tdeere moti laggte hai
*slowly looks like pearls.
-thoora sona laggta hai
*looks like gold

to her first he looks like hey he looks okay
then hes pretty good
after i like him a lot
next i'm in love

not the best interpretations but you get the picture.
