808 drum kit, thats comin back in a major way with the hyphy sound, alotta crunk music is usin it as well. get that classic 808 kit for the drums tho. alotta artificial electro synths too. and keep the bpm at above 100 atleast

Most of the best ones have different drums from the norm, and just have some kinda different vibe that I don't think is explainable. They usually at least have hard hittin, deep drums.
