Sleepy is dope as hell.  But he's only been on a few hits throughout his 10+ year career.  Classic hooks on Player's Ball, The Way You Move.  I always enjoy him, but he needs several dozen more "hits" to be labeled as the greatest hook artist ever.

Again, its really simple - There's Nate, then theres everybody else.  The real debate should be "Who's the 2nd best hook artist ever?

rappers that write good hooks are also snoop, 50, eminem and nelly... i'd say nelly writes the most commercially appealing hooks though...
