Yup. That's a definite. You can never say for sure, but the likelihood of Game dropping an album on Aftermath is almost nil. I'll believe it when I see it.

It wouldn't bother me whether Dre was on there or not.

Of course he could give Game some five-star beats, but he also gave him the wackest track on The Documentary ('Don't Worry' = just horrible. It's the only track on the album I wouldn't dream of putting on my Mp3 player).

Game has stepped up his lyrics and flow to the extent that I'd be just as happy with those other producers providing the tracks.

I don't think it will drop this year because it's coming out through Aftermath and we all know how that works. As for Dr. Dre dropping beats it would be stupid for him not to give game beats after all game is his artist and he wants him to sell.
