Anyone Grow their own weed?

i have no trouble getting seed but im intrested in what you use for lighting..soil ect... any help would be great

do an outdoor grow, mad easy as long as you germinate them and start them out in smaller pots, then just transplant them into the ground

^im planning on growing outdoor i have grown outdoor for the past two years its indoor im more intrested in because the outdoor season doesnt begin for another month or two in vancouver...also im not planning on lighting up my whole interior house just one room with maybe 6-8 plants in it so i dont think it would be able to detect such a small operation
