This HAS to be another sample, cause i heard sweet charlie babe a few weeks ago. Not it.

Here's the sample and comparsion

1st play - the original song's sample
2nd play - the slowed down version. Cool & Dre replayed over the sample to make it sound better which is where your probably confused.
3rd play - the christina milian version.

the "Say I" sample is actually "Clean Up Your Own Yard" by Jackie Moore.

Well technically the liner notes aren't completely incorrect because the song is from Jackie Moore's album "Sweet Charlie Babe".
