Hes lyrics are dope n he seems to be really intelligent, n i think hiphop really needs more artists like him, cause hes actually tryin to say something with hes music n makin money is not hes no.1 priority.

but i dont know what it is..hes music gets boring to me..i think it has to do with his flow/voice tone and sometimes lack of quality production.

when it comes to music about politics n street shit i like Saigon..hes lyrics are real entertaining, he can make all kinds of tracks about all kinds of topics n it still sounds good to me...even when the beats aint that good.

yea for sure. i can see why his tracks might get boring for some but these aint the tracks youd be bumpin up in the club or in ur ride. yall need to really listen to his lyrics as he speaks the truth and take the time to comprehend and fully process what exactly it is hes talkin bout.

see what bothers me is that everyone says he speaks the truth...but how do we know that? most of the shit he raps about is theory. its political conspiracies and shit. yes i feel like the stuff he talks about racism are pretty accurate but he doesnt tell every side of it...tech is dope and has great lyrics...but you have to realize that it may not necessarily be the truth...its mostly his opinions/theories

yea bitch, one of my very favorite rappers

he's not just about political concerns.. he got some unique punchlines

"you don't concern me, Im tryin to hurt the people you love" LOL

"and if you're mad, cause you think that I dissed you, I rape your moms so we can make this a personal issue" LMAO

"I hope someone you love DIES, so fuck your crew, and fuck your family too, Technique's at it bitch, what the FUCK you gon' do?" LOL!

those lines are just awesome, and differ from pretty much any other 3rd person disses I know

Yay.

I appreciate Immortal Technique because I think he represents a great deal of what hip-hop was founded on, and that is a means of expression for the disenfranchised; kind of like Chuck D said it's the "black CNN".  They need more hip-hop artists like Immortal Technique, but most of them remain independant because most the major hip-hop labels are not owned (or their parent companies are not owned) by black people, but often they are owned by wealthy Jews such as Clive Davis, Lyor Cohen, Jimmy Iovine, the list goes on forever.  This is nothing against Jews in general, but if hip-hop started partly as a mechanism for oppressed groups to express themselves and inspire self-esteem and community activism; you don't want somebody else on top of you defining who you are.  For example, since Robert Johnson sold out BET to Viacom (also owned by Jews) they got rid of Tavis Smiley and their news program BET Tonight and they added Uncut, basically they've turned it into a soft black porn network.

Anyway, I don't always agree with Immortal Technique's point of view, because at times (although not often) he also speaks against Muslims.  Still, he has a right to express himself, and hip-hop is one of the greatest vehicles for self-expression ever created.
