I just heard the dumbest thing on the radio about the census

We're doin a census right now in Canada, and there's this farmer in saskatchewan that refuses to fill out the form, because he says he's too busy.  He says they should be doing it in November or December when he's not busy.

  All you have to do is put down how many people live at the residence, it takes like 10 minutes.  You don't even have to put a stamp on the envelope.  You can even do it on the internet in like 2 minutes!

  So this guy will do an interview with CBC radio (wich probably took 30 minutes) bitching about the census, and he'll pay a $500.00 fine, all because he can't spare 10 minutes of time.  lol.
