(I know there's more, but this is just off the top of my head, and I've been listening to a Royce Da 5'9" bootleg from 2000 so it got me thinkin)

#1.  Royce Da 5'9" (for Dre) "The Throne Is Mine"-  This song would have been HUGE.  This could have been Dre's big comeback record.  BIGGER THAN "STILL DRE".  I can see Dre in a video, in a castle, in a throne... (although I don't know how well that fits his image).   Anyway, it's too bad this was never released.  Anyone know what happened to it?

#2.  Royce Da 5'9" -  "King of the Kings"-   This is a really deep track, I think Royce must be a member of the 5% Nation of Islam because when I first heard this I thought it was Nas on the track.

#3.  Eminem -  "Our House"-  Not too big on this one anymore but in 2000 I was a huge fan of it.  This track could have been a single.

#4.  Sam Sneed-  "Lady Heroine"-   heard it on some rare Dre unreleased bootleg that was floating around the net early 2001

#5.   2pac-  "Soon As I Get Home"-   for those that don't know, it's the one with the chorus that says, "Grab the gats/ Locate My Comrades/ Go Get My Enemies/ Not Knowing I'm Comin Back/  Come Get The Money Out the Safe/  It's Time To Turn The Streets Into A War Zone... Soon As I Get Home!"

honorable mention:  Royce Da 5'9"- "The Desert"-  Another great Royce track.  His lyrics were ahead of their time.  He used to be one of my favorite rappers until he actually released an album.

its hard b/c you got cats that have entire albums that were shelved of tracks left off of classics albums that are just as good as the stuff on the album

The best unreleased album award goes to ali vegas - generation gap.  Then you got the illmatic left overs which is some good stuff.  You got nas's stuff left off of i am and nastrudamus.  You got the stuff left off of murda muzik.  You got all the stuff from death row that has never saw the light of day

1.  Nas - Deja Vu - unreleased illmatic cut and this where his verse from verbal intercourse came from... amazing track
2.  Smiff n Wessun - Nothin move but the money, left over from the dah shinin
3.  Cnn featuring Nas - Calm Down - left over from the war report
4.  Nas - The second coming
5.  J-Flexx featuring Sam Sneed or its the other way around - Lady heroin

either way my list isnt that good b/c there is so much shit you say to yourself why didnt the release that stuff

^^Yeah, Snoop's "Purple" is definitely up there, I forgot about that one.  I want to hear that Top Dogg track you had at #4., I didn't know he ever recorded anything worth mentioning, I remember when Death Row was trying to make him Snoop's replacement.
