Young Jeezy and hip-hop songster Akon, known for their collaboration on last year’s hit “Soul Survivor,” are talking about possibly releasing an entire duet album.

“We got a good chemistry,” Jeezy recently told MTV News. “A lot of people ask me why I went back with him [for my new album]. It makes sense.”

“We’re cut from the same cloth. What he sings about is what I speak about. I know we make a gang of good music together. Why hold it back? It’s for the ‘hood.”

Meanwhile Jeezy is also working on his latest album, The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102, which has been pushed back to October.

The Atlanta-based rapper said he has already recorded 62 songs for the LP, and is spending the next two months laying down even more tracks before choosing which cuts will make the album.

Soul Survivor was a dope track but a whole album of those 2...  :P
