I think Lil Rob is the first latino to officially make it big on the west.  He came from out of no where wit summer nights.  It was one of the biggest hits when it came out.  He wasnt signed to interscope he didnt have a storch beat.

But i do think omar cruz is next.  But you never know.  He could blow up and be all over mtv.  Or he can flop and end up another rapper that made it but never really made it.

What about Mellow Man Ace, Frost, Cypress Hill etc.? They faired better than Lil Rob, especially Cypress.
