Phlegm.

I hate phlegm...I have a congestion of phlegm in my chest right now, and I've been tryna' throw it up for the last 2 days...Anyone know the best ways to get rid of bitch-made phlegm?...Thanks.

well, i can only speak from my experience but it only feels worse because its all getting broken up and moving around, i guarantee you do that with taking an expectorant it'll come up, you might be vomiting and spitting up nasty shit, but its good for u

yeah i agree, i get the worst cases when im sitting around doing nothing.  movement definately helps me out.
