So it's recently come to my attention,

what type of computers do yall have?

p.s. if anyone has a 486-intel 8088, ill buy it.

I used to have a 486 sx with like 8MB ram lol. God it was so shitty. lol

.. and I loved fuckin around with auotexec.bat and config .sys just to play some game... NOT.   >:(

5. dell sc430 (3ghz cpu, 2gb ram, 1.8tb hard disk space)
6. dell sc430 (3ghz cpu, 1.5gb ram, 160gb hard disk space)
7. amd duron 800, 2gb ram, 200gb hard disk space (checkpoint firewall)
8. intel 1ghz, 512mb ram, 250 hard disk space

why would you need so many servers in your garage?


oh and i use all my things, i just wish i had more than 5 monitors

#4 is a workstation
#5 is a fileserver & checkpoint firewall manager
#6 is an external shell server
#7 is a firewall
#8 is a linux cache/time/storage server
#9 is a workstation
#10 is an internal dev server
#11 is a server hosted at an ISP, which serves webpages, mail, dns

the networking gear is mainly for studying, except for the cisco pix 501 fireawll, cisco 827 adsl router and the cisco 2924 switch which i use on my network
