wasn't promoted right, bad single choice, album wasn't as outstanding as it should have been (although it was very good). busta deserved to flop, hope somebody learns a lesson from this...

I think it was a great album.. one of the best of the year and it deserved to go multiy platinum.  I admit.. I haven't bought it yet.. but then again my one purchase isn't going to bump it up to Platinum status but I still need to go buy it.

Its a great album, if 2 or 3 tracks were changed it could have been a classic.

All the push backs, weak choices of singles made this cd flop
.
Busta has 5 video out and the album is in stores for only 2 months ! ::)

Most people downloaded before it came out; only those who really, really liked it bought it.

Sounds harsh, but that's the truth with a lot of new albums. I bet more people have Cali Iz Active on their hard drives than have the OG Cd.

Exactly!

Everybody downloading albums, reviewing em and check if its worth pickin' up. Record sales ain't going high cuz no niggas are actually going into the stores and buying them.

Thats cuz buying Cds is a fucking lottery. you normally end up with a pick n mix of generic tracks from the "in" producers. The only albums I'll definitely cop this year are So So Gangsta, Bangin' West Coast, and Blue Carpet Treatment.

Anything else I'll d/l and listen to first before I decide if it's worth buying.
