I fink the album was better than wot we gettin in recent months (well except Nas - Stillmatic) but I mean he had some names like Keith Murray, LL Cool J, Scarface, Redman etc. on his album so he must be doing summin right..anyways holla.

I have that album too... it's alright.

Of course he's doing something right though... you're talking about him like he's new in the game, He's been rappin since the 80's. I think his EPMD shit is classic old school stuff... you need to check out "Def Squad presents.... Erick Onasis"... another one of his solo cd's. He has Xzibit and Dj Quik on there... on the same song. And he also has this old Eazy E verse from "Str8 Off The Streets Of Muthaphukkin Compton" on there... It's tight.

He's been down with Redman and Keith Murray from Def Squad since way back so you should have already expected them to be on "Music".

Anywayz... does anyone have any news on him after that accident he got in? hit me up.

I love Eric Sermon and EPMD.  They were what turned me onto Hip-Hop when I was a kid.  Kriss Kross was around and I liked them, but EPMD was the first group to truly move me.  That track "Crossover" is classic.  Sermon had my favorite song last year.  If "Music" was the first song that popped into your mind.... you are right.  :)  That Marvin Gaye sample was pure dopeness.
