What Happened wit Daz & Roc-A-Fella ?

well i heard that daz, was releasing "this is the life i lead" under dpg recordz in early 2002. but what happened to daz releasing the album under roc-a-fella. in showcase magazine he said jay-z was gonna bring the best from the east, while he brought the best from the west, and the album was gone be a dpg recordz/roc-a-fella records release. i just wanna know if any of yall know what happened ?

I've been wondering the same thing myself. Daz is perfect for Roc A Fella, but if he wants to make the dollars, more power to him.

on the DPG Recordz website they said it never happend. they didnt record anything together and never met eachother and never signed a deal together.

those rumors were all bullshit, or Daz N Jay planned this a long time ago but it never happend.
