Powda Puff was directed at Spice not Dre at all

yeah, but someone was saying hittman's line from 2001.

cj mac is pretty dope.  His first album is very dope, dunno how anyone can hate on it.  Powda Puff is a real nice track.  I like spice 1 a lot better, but I gotta admit powda puff is a dope song.  I don't know why exactly he chose to diss spice 1, I guess he just felt that spice 1 is a studio gangsta.

Real Talk every1 catches feelings when sum1 diss Dr Dre

Generally speaking, very few of the cats who ever call out Dre these days have any legit beef - they're just washed-up niggas like CJ trying to get people to give a fuck about them.

So the only reason people are "catching feelings" is cause they're calling out these other cats for being bustas.

Regardless, I believe took Hittman's verse as a diss and responded with "I Ain't Fuckin' Wit Ya."  It was on the Too Gangsta for Radio CD which was basically a glorified response record to Dre's 2001.  Check out Hitt's lyrics then CJs. It is DEFINITELY a response.

[Hittman]
I know yo' type, so much bitch in you, if it was slightly darker
lights was little dimmer my dick be stuck up in yo' windpipe!
Hmm, you'd rather blow me than fight, I'm from the OLD SCHOOL
like Romey Rome homey yo, you owe me the right
to slap you, like the bitch that you are, that wanted to cap you
every since you was mad doggin me with that bitch in yo' car
Fool {singing} "Who do you think you are?  Mr. Big Stuff"
Man, you shit on Hit, get yo' shit bust; plus
pistol-whipped, cover it up - use yo' bitch's blush
Mr. Powder Puff yo', bark ain't loud enough, huh
I know chihuahuas that's mo' rah-rah, HA HA
I have to laugh Dre, I bet he take bubble baths
You don't want no trouble with the Aftermath staff, trust me
Doggy Dogg, Diggy Doctor plus me
No youse a busta slash hussy, soft as a Hush Puppy
Must we break you down to estrogen most hated specimen's
a bitch nigga!

CJ MAC
Check shit out nigga, I know you gay ass niggas
May think ya'll gone sexplay me on records nigga
And not have to suffer the consequences and repercussions
Aftermath killa, remember that nigga

Hittman, nigga you through
Co-signing like a bitch from the side lines fool
You better ask that tight jeans wearin ass fag
Ain't a pair of cuffed khakis in the Aftermath camp
Bitch, find that ass stomped
The same niggas got you pumped
Will get your dumb ass dumped
Was you scared when you were stared at
If you were bitch, then get at us when you were mad at
By the way ain't Hittman gay or somethin
And the white boy better not say nothin

First of all, even if CJ Mac RELEASED "I Ain't Fuckin Witcha" on the "Too Gangsta 4 Radio" compilation, it might have been RECORDED 2 years earlier.  If you look at those responses, it most def sounds as if CJ dissed first and Hittman just responded.

Second, why the hell would Hittman call out CJ anyway?  CJ is a fuckin no-name rapper (except to Mack-10 fans, maybe), so why would he need to?  Unless their hoods had beef or something, but I doubt that.  It makes far more sense that a no-name nigga gon call out a major-label nigga first to try and get attention.

1. Too Gangsta 4 Radio has songs on it that are based on Dre's Chronic 2001. Stealing Dre's chroruses to diss him and what not.
2. CJ MAc says in his song: "ya'll gone sexplay me on records nigga And not have to suffer the consequences and repercussions."  This is him referring to a diss that Aftermath put to him on a record. The lines in bitch niggaz seems to be the only case of that on 2001.
3. The beef between Hitt and CJ seems to stem from an incident. Not all disses are attempts at publicity.  Sounds like Hitt just didn't like CJ's attitude. The proof is in the lines that where both artists refer to a staring match between the two rappers. Observe:

Hitt: you owe me the right
to slap you, like the bitch that you are, that wanted to cap you
every since you was mad doggin me with that bitch in yo' car

CJ: Was you scared when you were stared at
If you were bitch, then get at us when you were mad at

CJ Mac was a pretty decent ghost writer for Bushwick Bill.  His songs on PHantom of the Rapra were all pretty good.

Objectively though, CJ Mac's diss back then was weak.  Looking at it in hindsight, it is even weaker.  Dissing Dre for leaving Death Row with nothing?
