are you the victim of obessity?

I was wondering if you are in shape..meaning..not too fat..or slim.  I was just wondering.
I'm in average but i'm starting to cardio again.  What about you?  You feel like you need exercise?
I was watching t.v on montel show..and some kid died from heart attack or explosion..forgot what it was,...

i smoke too much weed, so i can only do weight exercises, but im skinny so i dont really need cardio anyway, my metabolism is fast enough

back in high school i used to be a bigger dude. not obese, but i was thick, plus me being tall as hell, i was a Big man.

but since university started i been killin it on the work out tip...another year and im model material  :-*
