Akon Stole A Beat?!?!?!

Listen to these 2 songs, one is a dutch one, rapper is called Negativ and he dropped his album january 2006 i believe. I just downloaded the Akon advanced album, and the song with G.A.G.E. on it, got the same beat, so is Akon stealin beats? cuz the dutch one was earlier out, no doubt bout that.

Just read on the juize.fm that this Giorgio Tuinfort idd produced the beat for Negativ. And Akon used this beat for 'Be Easy'. Now it seems that Giorgio Tuinfort is an associate of Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment. And since G.a.g.e is on there, it might be connected through this way.
