Today sucked...

Me and Roccy was playin basketball with these lil kids at the park, and I jumped to get a rebound, and since roccy doesnt jump when he plays basketball, roccy stayed on the ground and stuck his fat foot straight out and I landed right on it sideways and I broke (or twisted) my fuckin ankle...I cant even move it now, its puffy like a muthafucka, and it hurts like a bitch...Worst thing is that I have my first basketball  game tuesday for my Schools Summer League team, and our first practice is tommorow...SHIT!!!! Any chance itll feel better by than? I fuckin hope so...It hurts so bad, especially when I try too move it...

Damn dat sucks, and lmao@the roccy thing...

buy sum pain relever, muscle relaxent or whtever at the pharmacy ....and at night take a hot water bottle n put it on ure ankle...
Oh yeah try to walk a lil, basicly make sure that foot doesnt just stay still n not move at all, flex it a lil if u can from time to time..
it'll take time 2 heal tho....i doubt u can make it tommorow for practise....
