Todays headline is about anti drugs campainers condeming graham nortan for saying he loves exstacy - seems to be a more like a pr coupe for drug dealers to me

major news media is never gonna amount to more than soap opera drama because of a little thing called ratings. its just impossible to sit down and not watch some bullshit segment that doesn't affect you but tears at your heart, thats how they make money, you keep watching

True indeed that is the reason why invariably I do not read the first few pages of a newspaper and only rarely watch the television news, I think you summed the news media up well there.
