Shareefa, the newest member of Disturbing the Peace has an album coming out this Tuesday, October 24 called Point of No Return. On top of that she has the video for her debut "Need a Boss" featuring Ludacris adorned in his "Got Reefa?" shirt. And if you liked "Need a Boss," you'll definitely like her newest song "Cry No More."

"Cry No More" is a song basically about being out of a relationship that ended sooner than you may have wanted it to end. In the song, she doesn't really want it to be over, but she gets to a point when she decides that she is will "Cry No More." I know that I can relate to these sentiments. But the song is HOTT, for real.
